You can permanently delete your Buck Wiser account and its associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this, depending on whether you still have the app installed.
Deletion happens immediately once you confirm — no waiting period, no support ticket required.
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us from the address associated with your account:
with the subject line "Delete my Buck Wiser account". Include the email address on your account so we can locate it. We will process email-based deletion requests within 30 days.
When your account is deleted:
Some records tied to completed $0.99 purchases (e.g. the historical fact that a transaction occurred) may be retained in de-identified form as required for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention, consistent with Apple's and Google's own billing-record retention requirements. These retained records are no longer linked to your name or email once deletion completes.
In-app deletion (Option 1) takes effect immediately. Email requests (Option 2) are processed within 30 days of receipt.
